He oversees important functions like Business Development, Marketing, IT, Products and Services, Exposure, and Investments. He looks after the policy, vision and a major part of the operational activities of the Group. He is an eminent speaker and regularly presents his views and expertise on various market related issues through social media and blogs. He is also a fellow member of MDRT, AIFM and FPSB.

Mr. Shiv Raj Yadav

Mr Shiv Raj Yadav is a Director of Kstar Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. He is Co-Founder and promoter of Kstar Group. With his vast experience, in depth knowledge and strong analytical skill, he efficiently assures flawless operations of the Group. He stepped into this industry with Mr. Manish Raizada to establish the Kstar Group. He is process driven in his major approach and his core strength is strategic planning. Mr. Jai Prakash

Mr Jai Prakash is a promoter and one of the key architects of success of the Kstar Group. He joined financial services industry to explore his interest and love for financial markets. He started his professional journey as a LIC advisor. He has more than 18 years of experience in Fund management, LIC, Debt, and Risk management. He innovates, develops and effectively implements new ideas for the growth and progress of the human resources, customer care and quality management functions of the company. His plays a pivotal role in promoting Life insurance.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar

Executive Director, Kstar Financial Services Pvt. Ltd

Mr. Rakesh Kumar serves as an executive director of Kstar Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Rakesh possesses extensive experience of over 18 years in Mutual Fund, Equity, Debt, Commodity and Fund Management. His roles and responsibilities include management and supervision of various businesses including Investment banking, Institutional Equities, distribution division apart from legal and other strategic functions of the organization. He takes care of the brand building and marketing activities of the entire group. He is a self-motivated person having a professional approach emphasizing on the core values of the organization. He has special knowledge about mutual fund business and performs key role in promoting the mutual fund business.

Gyan Pratap Singh

Mr. Gyan Pratap is a young dynamic business leader. He has a versatile personality and he plays an active role in core strategic business decisions of the Kstar Group. He began his career with Kstar Group in 2005 as Health Insurance Advisor. He is responsible for managing and developing the Insurance Business. He leads the expansion of the Group’s financial business and development of Fixed Income Securities. He helped develop the business proposition and set up the Joint Venture- Star Health Insurance. He also administers overall operations of the company including finance, risk analytics, credit and product policy approvals and portfolio risk analysis.

Braj Kishor

Mr. Braj Kishor is a service management staff of Kstar Group and has got wide experience of Securities Markets, Commodity Markets and Taxation and handled the Policy of important departments dealing with markets in equity bonds, currency and commodities. Being in the securities market business for more than 15 years, he has seen all the phases of the Stock market and handled all the matters efficiently. He monitors the trading operations, surveillance and the risk related thereto. He played a vital role in the development of Kstar online trading platform. Mr. Braj Kishor is very creative and enjoys accepting challenges.

Richa Mishra

Ms. Richa has 14 years of experience in financial services. She joined the profession in 2007 currently working as Senior Customer Relationship Manager .She has built up strong knowledge in a number of areas including mutual fund, investment planning and retirement planning as well as LIC planning. Ms. Richa supports the team to manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Simran Kannaujia

Ms. Simran Kannaujia has extensive experience in financial sector. She joined KSTAR Group in 2011, currently working as an Account Manager. Ms. Simran supports the team with their compliance, putting in place the necessary systems and procedures. She keeps all the financial records and statements of company that include the balance sheet, the profit and loss statement, the cash-flow statement, tax returns and preparing accounts, budgeting and managing financial information.
